PartyBox Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

Overview

PartyBox ("the app") is developed by Oracle Studio. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. PartyBox is designed to be a local, offline party game — it does not require an account, a login, or an internet connection to play.

Information stored on your device

Player names, chosen avatars, scores, XP, unlocked achievements, missions, league rank, and app settings (language, sound, family-safe mode, etc.) are saved directly on your device using standard local app storage. This information never leaves your device, is never sent to Oracle Studio or any third party, and is only used to run the games you play and remember your progress between sessions. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.

Information we do not collect

PartyBox does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or location, and does not require you to create an account. The app does not include analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs, so we do not build a profile of you or your device, and we do not sell or share data — we simply don't collect any to begin with.

In-app purchases

PartyBox offers one optional one-time purchase ("Pack One") that unlocks extra games, avatars, and missions. Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using the payment method already on your account — Oracle Studio never sees or stores your card details, billing address, or any other payment information. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies govern that part of the transaction.

Camera, microphone, and permissions

PartyBox does not use your device's camera or microphone, and does not request access to your contacts, photos, or location.

Children's privacy

PartyBox is a general-audience party game and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Some game content is intended for adults (see the app's Family-Safe Mode and 18+ content toggle in Settings, which let a parent or group host hide mature content entirely).

Data security

Because gameplay data stays on your device rather than on a server we operate, it is protected by your device's own security (passcode, disk encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.

Changes to this policy

If PartyBox adds a feature that changes how information is handled (for example, cloud save or online multiplayer in a future update), this policy will be updated first and the "Effective date" above will change accordingly.
